1. Prices quoted are inclusive of VAT (unless otherwise stated) at the rate which prevails when this contract was prepared and are subject to alteration should the VAT rate change.

2. The prices quoted are in respect only of the booking of the room/seats/tables at the function and any food/beverages and equipment as detailed on the contract. Additional items such as wine ordered at the table are extras and as such must be paid for (at the time of ordering).

3. All bookings must be accompanied by a deposit of 80% of revenue in cleared funds, such sum not to be refundable in the event of cancellation of a booking by the Client in accordance with Condition 4 below in addition to any other cancellation fee payable should the booking be cancelled not more than 60 days before the date of function.

4. All cancellations by the client must be advised, in the first instance, verbally, followed within a period of 24 hours, by confirmation in writing by fax or registered post.

5. In the unfortunate circumstance that you have to cancel or postpone your confirmed booking at any time prior to the date of your event, FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB will make reasonable efforts to re-sell the facilities on your behalf. In the event that FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB is unsuccessful in reselling; your booking will be subject to the following cancellation charges. Cancellations will only be accepted when received in writing at FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB addressed to the General Manager'.

- If cancelled between 90 and 60 days before the date of the function
25% of the total value of the cancelled booking less VAT

- If cancelled between 30 and 60 days before the date of the function
50% of the total value of the cancelled booking less VAT

- If cancelled between 14 and 30 days before the date of the function
75% of the total value of the cancelled booking less VAT

- If cancelled less than 14 days before the date of the function or non arrival on the date of the function
100% of the total value of the cancelled booking less VAT

6. In addition, the Client will in FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FC's reasonable discretion, be required to compensate FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB for any expenses incurred by FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB resulting from the cancellation the above notwithstanding.

7. For the purposes of these terms and conditions "Revenue" shall mean the price payable by the Client for the booking being the total price as stated on the booking form.

8. FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB may charge interest at a rate of 3% per month above the Bank of England minimum lending rate in force from time to time on the amount outstanding on an account from the due date of payment until payment is received. In the event of an account being passed for collection, a collection charge of 5% will be levied on such amounts in addition to any legal charges payable.

9. FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB will incur no liability for any failure to provide or carry out any function if prevented from doing so by any cause beyond its reasonable control. In these circumstances, FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB will endeavour to arrange alternative times and dates for the function to take place. If FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB fails to re-arrange the function to the reasonable satisfaction of the client, then any monies paid by the Client shall be refunded but this shall be the limit of FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FC's liability.

10. FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB reserves the right to cancel any function by giving not less than 10 days notice when the date of the function clashes with any Sporting Event, Cup match or re-arranged football match which is due to be played at the Stadium. In these circumstances FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB will endeavour to arrange alternative times and dates for the function to take place. If FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB fails to re-arrange the function to the reasonable satisfaction of the client, then the monies paid by the Client shall be refunded but this shall be the limit of FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FC's liability.

11. FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB can accept no responsibility for the property of the Client or its guests at the Stadium. Cloakroom and car parking are provided only for the convenience of the Clients and its guests. All goods or vehicles are deposited at the owners risk and without obligation on the part of FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB except where loss or damage to the goods or vehicles has occurred as a result of the negligence of FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB or its employees.

12. Insofar as it is permitted by law, the entire liability of FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB in respect of the booking shall not exceed the Revenue and FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB shall have no liability for any other loss suffered by the Client whether in contract or in negligence or otherwise save that FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB shall not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury due to the act or omission of FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FC.

13. The Client will indemnify and keep indemnified FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB against any costs, losses, claims, actions, damages or expenses suffered or incurred by FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB resulting (whether directly or indirectly) from any actions of or by the Client or the guests of the Client.

14. The Client shall be responsible for any damage caused to the Stadium or the furnishings and equipment therein by the wilful act or default of the Clients or its guests. The Client shall pay FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.

15. The Client shall at all times comply with and ensure that its guests comply with all conditions and regulations made in respect of the Stadium by the Local Authority, the Fire Authority, the Local Magistrates Court and any other regulatory body whatsoever.

16. The Client shall not bring into or place in the Stadium or its environs any flammable, combustible, dangerous or objectionable items, substances or liquids.

17. No food, wines or spirits may be brought into the Stadium by the Client or their guests for Consumption on the premises unless the prior written consent of FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB has been obtained and the relevant corkage charge paid.

18. FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove from the Stadium any person who acts in a disorderly manner or any person (or item) which otherwise breaches the provisions of these Conditions.

19. Dress code will be advised by FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB prior to the function and must be adhered to. FMC AT LEICESTER CITY FOOTBALL CLUB reserves the right to refuse admission to or remove from the Stadium any person who fails to adhere to the specified dress code.
