The TeamCard Loyalty Scheme lets you collect TeamCard points when you purchase goods from the Leicester City Megastore, from participating high street retailers and through the TeamCard website retailers. You then use your TeamCard points to pay for merchandise and season tickets at Leicester City, to lower the cost of supporting your club!

Why should I collect TeamCard points?
TeamCard Points can be redeemed against purchases from the Leicester City Megastore or season tickets. The minimum redemption value is £1. (NB TeamCard points cannot be used to purchase individual match tickets) TeamCard points can be used for part-payment of purchases from the Leicester City Megastore or future season tickets.

What TeamCard points are Leicester City awarding?
Leicester City is awarding TeamCard points in its Megastore to all Leicester City TeamCard Holders. Every time you make a purchase from the Leicester City Megastore and produce your TeamCard you will be awarded TeamCard points.
TeamCard holders are eligible for 2 TeamCard points for each full £1 they spend in store. Watch out for special double point's offers throughout the season.

What is a TeamCard point worth to me?
Each TeamCard point is worth 1p of value. So 340 TeamCard points equals £3.40 of value.

How do I collect TeamCard points at Leicester City?
Simply hand over your TeamCard when making purchases at the Leicester City Megastore.

If I forget my card when shopping at the Leicester City Megastore can TeamCard points be added later?
No, you need to present your TeamCard at the time of purchase to get your TeamCard points.

How can I shop and collect points online?
By registering at www.teamcard.co.uk you can access TeamCard's online shopping. In order to get your TeamCard points you must access these online retailers via www.teamcard.co.uk

When do I get the TeamCard points I have collected for shopping at www.teamcard.co.uk?
Once you have completed an online transaction your TeamCard Points will be added to your TeamCard Account. Points are normally awarded after the "returns" period for the product purchased has expired. This can be up to 28 days after completing the transaction.

When I collect TeamCard points at participating High Street retailers or online at www.teamcard.co.uk, do I always get the same number of TeamCard points per £1?

If I have more than one TeamCard in my name can they all be used to collect and redeem TeamCard points?
Yes, TeamCard points can be collected on each TeamCard. They will all be credited to one TeamCard account in your name. Likewise each TeamCard can be used to redeem TeamCard points, so look after your TeamCard's - anyone you've given one of your TeamCard's to can use it to redeem TeamCard points from your TeamCard account.

How can I check my TeamCard points balance?
Simply visit www.teamcard.co.uk, login and your points balance will be displayed.
Also when you shop at the Leicester City Megastore with your TeamCard, your TeamCard points balance will be shown on your receipt.

Does the club benefit from TeamCard?
Yes. For every TeamCard Point awarded by a retailer, on the High Street or online, Leicester City receives a small royalty. So use your TeamCard to collect points and help your club!

What do I do if I lose my TeamCard?
A replacement can be arranged. You should call the Helpdesk on 0870 499 1884 and explain what's happened. Your lost card will be cancelled, but any points you have collected and not redeemed will be transferred to the replacement card. An administration fee of £10 will be charged per TeamCard.

What do I do if I have more than one TeamCard in my name and one is lost?
As above, call the Helpdesk on 0870 499 1884, and give them the 14 digit TeamCard number (printed above the barcode) of the TeamCard that has been lost. If you don't know the TeamCard number of your lost card, provide the TeamCard numbers of the cards you have. They will identify the missing card, cancel and replace it. If you cannot provide the necessary TeamCard number(s) then all the TeamCard's in your name will have to be cancelled and replaced. There will be a £10 administration fee charged for each TeamCard replaced.

What do I do if I find my TeamCard once I have asked for a replacement?
As soon as a replacement TeamCard is ordered the old card will be cancelled and therefore not active, so please destroy the old card.

Can I spend my TeamCard Points any where other than at Leicester City?
No. All TeamCard Points have to be spent at the Leicester City Megastore or our Box Office against future season ticket purchases.

How long is my TeamCard valid for?
Until 30 June, 2008

How long do TeamCard points remain valid?
TeamCard points on your current membership will expire on 31 December, 2008. Please make sure you redeem your points before this date as they cannot be carried forward to a new membership.
